Barbacoa tacos
When I fired up the smoker yesterday I tossed some beef cheek on with the Turkey Breast. Put a couple hours smoke on it and pulled it off, wrapped it and refrigerated overnight. Before I went to work this morning I put the meat in the slow cooker with beef broth, onion, garlic and a beer. Gotta tell ya, it was good. Especially for a first go round. Might go a little heavier on the seasoning next time but man was it tender. Also going to buy two packs of meat. Cheeks don’t yield much after all the trimming.

Can never go wrong with barbacoa. Inspired me to pick up some cheek this morning. Going to be a good Saturday.

Yummmy!
Few month ago I've tried my first online casino, but I didn't really like it. After that my friend recommended me to try to play slots for real money here www.auxerrebzouchallenge.com/. It was a great recommendation and I'm in love with it since then. Have you ever play slot machines? It's fun and profitable game which can make you rich. Follow the link and try it!

Re: Barbacoa tacos
What traditional beef cut would you compare it to? How is the flavor? Price? Cooking quirks?

Flavor: short rib
Price: got one Tuesday $4.45 lb.
Quirks: trim the big chunks of fat
Fresh corn tortillas, cilantro, lime and enjoy.

Pretty much sums it up perfectly.
You could substitute chuck roast if you’d like but it’s not as rich.
