Ya never know iffin ya don't try !
Did my usual Beef Tenderloin with a twice baked Tater and Rabbit Salad HOWEVER, THIS TIME, I used both of my Favorite Suckle Busters Steak Seasonings. WOW, what a great flavor to have been just a silly idea.

And now you know! That looks great. Is the Campfire rub spicy?

I would not call it spicy, however, the Cracked Black Pepper "ROCKS"

Ladies and Gentlemen, my name is Boots, and I am a Rubaholic.
It started out innocently enough. Some John Henry’s here, a little Mo Cason there. Kosher salt. Cracked black pepper, nothing heavy. But it just didn’t seem to do enough for me. I began to experiment, first with Hoochie Mama and then Lemon Pepper Garlic; Himalayan salt and a spice grinder. Things then just seem to spiral out of control and before long I was hitting the sauce. Spicy sauce.
And then things proceeded to get weird. I began mixing 1836 and a Hog Waller for steaks. Pigs and cows, living together, total chaos, mass hysteria! Where does it go from here? I really don’t know. I have the strange urge to rub a chicken with Clucker Dust and stuff it with pineapple chunks and chipotles. Candidly, I never thought this sort of thing would happen to me.
There, I said it. And now I feel better. Confession is good for the soul.

I thing wrong with layering your rubs. I’ve found several I like to kick up a notch with a sprinkle of SPG. Looks tasty

Killer steak, OUP.
I think I'll try that mix the next time I cook a steak.
