I’d eat all of it. I agree too, when you don’t get that charcoal taste for a while it definitely becomes a craving

Thanks, Y'all, the shrimps in the ABT's were a first for me  the Jalapeno Cream Chez Jelly seemed to bond the ingredients perfectly in taste and eating. They were my favorite item on the plate and I'll definitely be using shrimp again in the future. I was disappointed in the corn, however, but it was probably my fault trying to cook a large roasting ear like it was an ear of sweet corn  This late in the season, they aren't "ALL" young and tender :banghead:

Plenty of Charcoal Flavor so Mission Accomplished :wav:

Ohhh. Looks awesome! Definitely gonna try it. I tried similar dish at classics restaurant сafeden https://cafedenrestaurant.com/. They have an awesome grill menu, so you definitely have to visit it. I went there few month ago for a first time and have a diner there every week since then. Follow the link to find more info and go there with your friends or family.

I’m sold on that microwave / in the shucks method. Works like a charm and not a silk on it . I think you and I talked about it before.

I agree and that's exactly the way I did it and then barely charred it for flavor BUT it still came out tuff and chewy. The ear was much larger that what they've been having for the last year so I'm blaming it on the Corn itself.
