Steak fajitas

Postby Norway Joe » Thu Feb 25, 2021 1:53 pm

It's been way too long since we made steak fajitas.

Started with a beef sirloin that was marinated in a mix of lime juice, tomato juice, Chopped onions and garlic.

Veggies seasoned with SB fajitas rub and SB mo Joe lime and chili spice. Steak rubbed with the fajitas rub. Grilled the veggies in the pan on the grill. Grilled the steak to medium.

Wife made som salsa and guacamole.

Ended the meal with a coffee and a glass of herb liquor.ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

Thanks folks

Parts: skirt steak is very hard to get. Must probably place a special order by a butcher.

Phillymike: I'm sure I would love to live in the US. Lots of great places and not to mention all the great food.

Rambo: I agree. It's a great seasoning.

I was just wondering - - - I have even used a London Broil to make Fajitas for a bunch of Family once.

London broil is the same as flank steak, I think? It is much easier to get here.
