Chimmichurri Flat Iron

Postby strength_and_pow » Tue Feb 02, 2021 8:22 am

Mixed up some chimmichurri sauce and used some as a marinade, vac sealing the meat while the ceramic was heating up. Hot and fast grillage, short rest then sliced and ate. Served with white rice and Brazi Bites with more chimmichurri sauce. This needs to happen more often as it was amazing

Every dang time somebody posts this I say I need to do it. Every time. I even have flat irons in the freezer. Gotta make it happen.

Don’t bother sooner. Steak, of any type needs very little. A little seasoning, cold beer, and a hot fire. Then get after it. Maybe, just maybe a little garlic butter but that’s optional.
