Sunday Steak Night

Postby bsooner75 » Sun Nov 01, 2020 8:20 pm

Fires up the kettle with a flat iron seasoned with Sucklebusters espresso rub and then a kiss of SPG before they hit the grill. It was joined by some Holmes Beef Sausage.

On the Blackstone I kind of did some Brussels similar to what you guys have been posting on the skewers. Bacon, Brussels sprouts, Hogwaller honey and some honey drizzled on when they were finished. They were very good. Can’t wait to try the grilled version.

Very nice. That’s a hot bed of coals for sure. Steaks like that.

Thanks. Used Fogo charcoal on this one. Definitely gets going good. Trying to decide if I like it or the jealous devil better but I’m liking the way they both fire up.
