Fajitas

Postby Smoking Piney » Tue Sep 15, 2020 5:07 pm

Hoping that this post finds everyone here safe and sound.

My local store put skirts steaks on sale last week, and I haven't made fajitas in quite a while. The skirt steaks weren't exactly prime cuts, but they worked.

I used Ree Drummond's marinade recipe and grilled the steaks hot and fast over a healthy shot of mesquite chips.

Grilled up some bell peppers and sweet onions:

Served with tortillas, Pico de Gallo, and guacamole. Sorry - no plate pics. My wife and I were starving. :D
