Today there's two to blame for Lunch. One was the Wife's purchase of two ?PRE-seasoned? hamburger patties which was my first ever but they turned out pretty decent. The other was Egghead and his Labor Day Burgers the other day .
I also made two ABTs to top the Patty with along with grilling the own-yawn and toasting the Own-Yawn Buns over the charcoal and smoke. I had picked up some fresh Pork Sausage ropes at Hebert's which I took advantage and grilled over the Kingsford Briquettes. Those will probably turn into Finger Food if I know me like I do.

Nicely done.
Looks delicious, but not sure how you are going to eat it. Looks huge.

The trick that I use is to try and not keep picking it up and putting it down and it works pretty good. I also don't put a big slice of mater on my ABT burgers which helps also
