Birthday dinner for a friend. Boneless Wagyu Ribeyes seasoned and bagged then Sous Vide’d for 2 hours at 134*, 10 minute rest then finished on the grill. Veggies were tossed in olive oil and seasoning then wrapped in foil and onto the grill they went. Dessert was grilled angel food cake topped with a blueberry and strawberry mix that was also wrapped in foil and grilled.
