Joe, you are sure enough a Cook, biggest honor we can bestow here. That is as pretty a plate as I have seen. I will make it a point, if ever possible, to someday bring my bride to visit Norge and stand you to a beer.

Thanks folks. As I said, steaks was just ordinary but the avocado was excellent. I recommend trying it if you haven't.

And I will gladly drink a few beer with you. We have a lot of great beer. And a few aquavit as well
