Lamb Chops for Easter

It's been really crazy here in the NJ COVID hot spot. My wife and I are trying our best to keep a sense of normal.

Today, we put down a bunch of mulch and tried to act like the world wasn't going nuts.

I cooked lamb chops for dinner:

Speaking of Mulch, there are lots of Folks around here working hard in the Flower beds, early Gardens, Patios and Porches with hanging baskets and flower containers.
