Well, it's been probably over a year and a half since I've made any type of Wings, so tonight I made up some marinades and threw them over a mix of Lump and Pecan Chunks.
All but 4 received the Teriyake/Honey/Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice treatment for 1 hr in the fridge. Pulled them from the Marinade and hit them with my favorite from the line up " Texas Pecan " .
Put them on the Smokey Joe and liberally sprayed them with Capri Sun Tropical Punch every 5 minutes... ( Hopefully my 4 year old didnt see me in his stash ).....
Whipped up some quick sauce and mopped them the last 5 minutes.
They either tasted the best I can remember or it was just because it's been so long I forgot how good they were?
The last 2 pics are Thai Peanut Sauced Wings. I should have made MORE of those

Awesome.
Great start on the day here. Just gotten up, relaxing with a cup of coffee and browsing the forum. All I can see is one post after another with great food. Best start on the day.

Yeah, PB seems to be on the endangered list lately.
Luckily, I have multiple small General Stores and Specialty Shops pretty close so it's not too hard for me to find.
It may not be Skippy or Peter Pan and i will pay more for the Home Made stuff but I'd rather have the natural stuff anyways

Actually, I've been " Coffee free " for a while now. I went back to something called Dandy Blend.
It's very similar as far as taste, but it's extremely Smooth, no bitterness at all and no Caffeine.
It's an instant powder made from Dandelion Root.
It much easier on my kidneys and blood pressure.
