TX Pecan Pig Bones

Postby bsooner75 » Sun Mar 22, 2020 8:09 pm

Did some St Louis cut ribs on the Weber Kettle using my slow n sear. Hickory lump with a mixture of hickory and apple chunks. Seasoned with Sucklebusters Texas Pecan and a light dusting of SPG on top. Sauces with Sucklebusters Honey BBQ. This was a really good flavor combination.

Pretty as I’ve ever seen. Competition grade by the looks.

Excellent - Texas Pecan is a mightyfine rub on ribs.

I’m salivating, they look great. Can you describe the pecan rub?
Never mind, I just checked it out sucklebusters site and put in the basket!

Never mind, checked out on sucklebusters site. Had to get more Baam anyway. Mission now is to find some ribs.

It’s definitely sweet. The SB website says it has some spice to it but I didn’t really pick up on any heat and my kids loved the ribs.

Thanks all!
