I've got 3 chickens on the pit that I'd better go take care of they just hit 170* right on schedule 4hrs..

I ended up makin some diet meatball sandwiches. Turned out pretty good.
And a tri-tip today for tomorrow night, that I overcooked due to trying to hear the weather first
