Blame it on the SUN !

They predicted Sunshine today so I defrosted a 1/2 # Prime Beef Tenderloin to grill on the Kingsford Kettle. For a change I decided to use Suckle Busters Expresso Rub/Seasoning instead of my usual Favorite Campfire Steak Seasoning. It was very good but Campfire is still my Favorite. Did a Twice Baked Tater and Garden Salad for Sides and "Because of the Sun, Lunch was Done" :tup:
