A little lighter grilled dinner
Picked up a fresh Salmon fillet today at the store. This is one of the wife's favorite meals.
Fillet cut into pieces for grillin'
Pieces covered with a salt, brown sugar, & ginger rub. Will let this on for about 1 hour, then shake off the loose excess rub
shook off the excess rub and on to the hot grill
All most done. threw a few peach slices basted with honey on the grill .
Fillet pieces and peaches hot off the grill
Salmon and peaches served up with some pasta with butter and garlic sauce.
