Street Tri tip tacos

Marinated for 48 hours before reverse searing it. I liked by the ladies thought it was too hot.

Honestly I didn’t think the Tri tip was spicy. I had additional fries jalapeños on top of my without any sour cream. They lathered theirs. Looks like I have lunch due to the spiciness which is a win for me.
