Chopped up a pork sirloin and rubbed the slices with SB Pecan and Hogwaller honey.
Threw them on the gasser and glazed them with Honey bbq glaze. Made something I've never made before: Spaetzle. Booked them 12 minutes first. Then in a pan, added some chunks of butter, topped with shredded mozzarella and cheddar and then sprinkled over crisp fried onion. Then in the oven for a few minutes.
Cooked a quick green pepper sauce and a green salad as side.
Tasted good. The Spaetzle was great.
