It was a whole pork tenderloin and at first there was hardly any blue Woodie so I stacked it. I see your point and my error. Next time.

Oh I know. I ate like half of it last night and finished it off for lunch. I’m trying a buffalo sauce one tomorrow to see how it goes. Plan on kabobbing another tomorrow as well. It is currently marinating them for 48 hours.
