It's been a long week at work, and the weather today is just gorgeous. Time for some cold suds and Egg Therapy.
Some thin cut pork chops marinaded in McCormick's Smoky Ranchero marinade and cooked hot and fast over mesquite smoke:
Some hot Italian sausage dusted with McCormick's Montreal Chicken Rub for snacks later on. :
Life is good!
