Honey mustard is where it's at
I am sorry for the long absence. I need to post more. Anyway I have been doing some experiments. Honey mustard has been my thing lately. I tried it on chicken first and it was a hit. So I moved on to pork chops. It's my new go to marinade. It's not really a marinade though. I slather it on a before I start the grill. I hope someone tries it soon. Also I think I have finally perfected my grilled ribs!!!! I will post some next time I do them. Been missing y'all. Fill me in on anything important I have missed.

Justin,
They look great!
How were those chops cooked?
I'd be worried about burning that glaze.

I put them over direct heat just long enough to give the fat a good char then I go indirect the rest of the way

I think you'll really like it - - - sometimes but not always I'll rub the rib rack down with Honey Mustard, sprinkle on the Rub of choice and then wrap with plastic wrap the night before the cook then in the frig over-night. ?To me? it's worth the effort
