Thanks for the compliment, however, those are a lot purdier than most of the stuff I slap on the Grill. :salut:

Come to think of it, I might do a freezer dive for a large bone-in Ribeye later this week. Thanks for reminding me. :tup:

Txdragon, that's the Oakridge Carne Crosta rub on the crust. It has coffee in it and is my go-to for steaks. It tastes fantastic.
