Crsipy Breaded Grilled Wings

Postby Larry Wolfe » Sun Feb 24, 2008 6:36 pm

Seasoned, egg dipped and dusted in corn mean and grilled indirect at 275* for 3 hours. Crispy crunchy goodness!

I did howeverr discover something very very good!!! I used "Fork and Halos" Fire and Brimstone sauce as a dipping sauce and I've gotta honestly say this stuff is awesome!

Now Larry, that is a good idea. I always bread my wings, but I always fry them. Your way has no grease, just taste with a hint of smoke.
what could be better. Course I would have to use my own wing sauce. CF
OK, get over it, you lost. God bless America

Great wings, Larry! I haven't had good luck with indirect wings, but I'll have to try those sometime.

Thanks for the link to the "Fork and Halos" sauces, too.

Well, this would make our son happy, he likes breaded (hooters) and I don't do breaded.
Maybe I will give this a shot, didn't think it would work w/out frying.
