Pastrami Reuben Panini Lunch
So, we've been craving some of the last Pastrami cook so took some out of the vacuum pack and made some simple Panini Reubens. Ciabatta Bread, Mayo, White American Cheese, Wickles Pickles, 1,000 Island Dressing, Kraut and Smoked Pastrami cut on the thick side

Thx Emm !OldUsedParts wrote:Another double handed wonder inspired by the Boot Peninsula
It's not the proper bread, but then again not much about how I cook is proper or traditional but it was still good.
I had a crazy idea to take some of these Pastrami pieces and batter and deep fry em just to see how they were.

Re: Pastrami Reuben Panini Lunch
That is amazing, I am inspired! I have a corned beef in the freezer and my wife is afraid of the concept. I want to smoke that up and make some sandwiches, you have given me some ammunition as to why this is a great cut and prep.
