Leftover Grilled Thighs = Panini Time

Postby woodenvisions » Mon Jun 03, 2019 7:23 pm

Been looking into doing a Panini so took some recently Grilled Thighs and slapped some White American Cheese on them and " Panini'd " them up.

Great outcome for the trial run, I like this gadget already.

I think maybe tomorrow we'll try a few with some leftover Pastrami

Sloppy Joes ???
Lol Russ, are you messing with me or do you really call these Sloppy Joes ??

Usually, Sloppy Joes are done with a Sauce " Manwhich " and Ground Beef round these parts but it might be different across the pond ??

Believe it or not sooner, I've Never owned a maker till yesterday.
I saw a cheap one, 19$ and figured why not ?
If its junk I'll return it and get a well known brand. Turns out, I look last night and the reviews are thru the roof

I do get lucky Sometimes

Oooooo WV! WHERE did this miraculous machine come from?

And what kinda bread did you use?

We have been panini-ing in the:

A. Foreman indoor grill
B. Waffle iron
C. Stovetop pan, with iron press

All come out fairly okay.
Moink!

Walmart, 19 $

Used regular White Bread for the trial run.
Probably use Sourdough or Ciabatta next round.
