I wudna gonna say nothing, but since Parts kicked open the door and hollered “freeeze!”, I gotta say those look like trout or specs... course, I’ve never seen a sea bass that wasn’t crosscut into steaks so what do I know...

What I DO know is they look fabulous.

I cook trout a lot, and I can attest that these were definitely not trout. The label said "sea bass" and I've never cooked them before........but I'll be cooking them again. They were fantastic. :D

Looks like Sea Bass to me to be honest.
They are big on the east coast, especially in the colder northern states I.E. New England Coast.
