Got some skinless boneless thighs swimming in ojay, yogurt and Russ Dust.

A quick char on the mini-gasser, and served with a side of spinach and carrots.

It was my pleasure to try something different, I'm due to make a new batch. Your cook looks awesome, perfect colour too. You done it justice.

Thanks again, Russ!

It worked real well with boneless chicken thighs on a gas grill.

Yup, tandoori chicken. Sides sound excellent as well.
