6 Cheese Brioche 1 LB Double Burger

So we had some leftover Brioche Rolls and 80/20 Burgers left over from the BD Party and felt like some simple Burgers tonight.
We Always have all types of Cheese in da fridge so tonight was 6 Cheese and Brioche Bun Burgers over Lump.

Used Shredded Mozz, Shredded Cheddar, Fresh Shredded Sharp Provolone, Shredded Asiago, Shredded Parmesan and Shredded Romano..

Mayo'd the rolls and on for a Char.
Made one for the little guy too but he Veto'd it and in place went with PB&J lol...

It was good even tho I miscalculated the cooking temps a bit. I was preoccupied in making sure my sons burger was definitely cooked a little more than ours because he's still only 3. By doing that, I overcooked ours by about 10-15 degrees....

It's ok tho, I don't mind. I'd rather his be safe to eat so all is good. Next round I'll cook his on the top tray from the beginning and maybe I won't have to grab Peter Pan and Mr Welch...
