Steak n Tater Day
Been a while since I grilled me a big ol thick juicy steak so last week I picked up a thick cut 1 1/2 # Bone In Ribeye. Had some lunch plans fall thru today so I knew what my alternate plan was gonna be. Seasoned it with SUCKLE BUSTERS CAMPFIRE STEAK SEASONING and gave it 5 min per side over direct Kingsford Charcoal. Loaded up a baked Tater and plated my Alternative Lunch Plans. Man that's a lot more Cow than I'm used to but it was real good and I am fuller than a tick.

Thanks Gents, I used to be a liquid Vegetarian and consumed a lot of Barley, Yeast and Hops but had to quit and go to Cholesterol Diet only.

Re: Steak n Tater Day
Thanks, Joe, but the word Chef surely doesn't apply to anything that I may conjure up - - - Luck is a more appropriate term.
