Ribs a la Justin
Its been a while since I have done ribs and I found this rack of baby backs marked down. I might need to be scared because the were priced at 6.66!!!! I'm not superstitious so I snagged them!!!! I say ribs a la Justin because they really don't fit the norm of this forum. I slathered them with Worcestershire sauce then salt pepper and McCormick roasted herb and garlic. I will cook them directly over some hickory B and B lump. I will post more picks along the way.

Re: Ribs a la Justin
steaks were a little over cooked but they went in the Alfredo. We tried spaghetti squash tonight and it was a hit!!! I was completely amazed that I liked it.
