Chicken sandwiches
My whole bird came out pretty nice. I used Tony's chicken marinade but I injected it. No dry seasonings. I also used my weber digital thermometer and pulled it when the breasts were 165. I originally had the prob in a thigh. When the thigh hit 165 I decided to prob the breasts and they were like 140. So back on the grill the bird went.
