Welps, Gang, she's out and pulled - - - she almost pulled her self but the Claws made it a breeze. I do know what I'm having for Supper tonight. :tup: NO SOONER, it ain't a Ripper. :lol: :D :laughing7: Total Pit time was 11 hrs and 45 mins. :tup:

Good job Parts. Pour all that juice in that foil back on the pork. Looks great. And Sooner is right, now on to a brisket. Almost the same process. And if you do that you will get the same great results.

Fixed me a Slider with some Crawtators for Supper and now I'm thinking that Pulled Pork Inchie Lalas are the Menu for tomorrow :tup:

Yes'um it is good - - - we had Sliders yesterday and I had Pulled Pork Tacos today - - - got it sealed in 1/2 # vac bags for future usage :tup:

Pocono Pal, that Horse Radish is an excellent suggestion - - - I was trying to think of a sauce that wasn't BBQ, Jalapeno or Mustard and that should be perfect - - - thank ya :salut:
