Easy now, I'm still not out of Ripper School
Welps, Gang, she's out and pulled - - - she almost pulled her self but the Claws made it a breeze. I do know what I'm having for Supper tonight. NO SOONER, it ain't a Ripper. Total Pit time was 11 hrs and 45 mins.

Good job Parts. Pour all that juice in that foil back on the pork. Looks great. And Sooner is right, now on to a brisket. Almost the same process. And if you do that you will get the same great results.

Fixed me a Slider with some Crawtators for Supper and now I'm thinking that Pulled Pork Inchie Lalas are the Menu for tomorrow

OH, then that would have been an out of order Cook instead of short order

Yes'um it is good - - - we had Sliders yesterday and I had Pulled Pork Tacos today - - - got it sealed in 1/2 # vac bags for future usage
Pocono Pal, that Horse Radish is an excellent suggestion - - - I was trying to think of a sauce that wasn't BBQ, Jalapeno or Mustard and that should be perfect - - - thank ya
