Salmon on a Plank
It's been a while since I've cooked planked salmon. No time like right now for some.....
Skin on filet dusted with SB Mesquite rub (I've found it killer on fish) and some dried dill.
Cooked on the BGE at 425 after toasting the well used planks. I LOVE the smell of the cedar when it cooks and it gives the salmon a great taste.
Done:
I'm going to serve this tonight with bacon sauteed Swiss chard. Life is good!

Looks delicious. Salmon on cedar is great. SB mesquite is new for me though. Your dinner guests should be happy.

Joernolav,
Thanks!
I normally use the SB Mesquite Rub for chicken and ribs. It's a sweet rub and I found that it works very well on fish.
