Grilled Stuffed Breasts
Well I figured that I might as well use my Christmas Raffle gift from a few years ago since the Akorn is starting to " see the light "....
2nd cook on the little Smokey Joe and I'm liking it even more than my trial run a few months ago.
Loaded it with RO Lump and made up some Stuffed Breasts. First I Sauteed up some Baby Bellas with S&P and Minced Garlic, then Steamed some Little Green Trees up till both were just slightly undercooked. Halved the Breasts, Seasoned them up good and began with Sliced White American Cheese, then on went the Little Green Trees, next was some cubed up Deli Ham and then the Baby Bellas and then the Shredded Mozzarella went on. On the Little Joe for about 25 minutes. Every 5 minutes or so, I sprayed them lightly with Melted Butter to help keep them hydrated.
After 25 minutes, I finished them off with what I really think made these over the top with slices of 1/4" thick Fresh Mozzarella.
Now, these finally went into the Big Easy with the Crisper Lid on for 10 minutes to melt the cheese.
First time with this concauction but definitely not the last.
Hope you all enjoy the pics
