Philly Cheese Steak

Postby nascarchuck » Sun Feb 10, 2008 1:09 pm

My first attempt at Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches last night.

Was good, but didn't have any bell pepper or mushrooms in the house. Will add those items next time.

Looks wonderful, but not nearly enough cheese for me!! Can't beat that sandwich. Looks alot better than the ones I've attempted.

Looks great! I too would add more cheese... (I'd forget about the shrums too, but that's just me!)

Actually the bottom of the sandwich is loaded with cheese. I just put a little more on the top.

Next time I will melt more on top to help hold it together.
