Quick chicken in Mississippi

Postby JustinCouch » Thu Dec 13, 2018 5:42 pm

Tonight's social will be butterflies boneless skinless chicken breasts. I think we will have some fried okra and mashed potatoes to go with it.

I got tied up watching the okra fry and the breasts almost dried out but I got lucky. The one I ate was the driest. My wife's and my little girls were plenty juicy.

That looks mighty fine; my kinda cook’n. I don’t think there’s much difference between Deep East Texas and Mississippi

And Toledo Bend, one of my favorite fishing lakes even with Rayburn 12 miles away. I met a guy one time just over the River in Mississippi, came through North Louisiana and sold him a horse. Natchez, maybe? My memory fails me but I remember the Casino was right on the line

Yeah that crap; if it is wet and you walk across it you’ll be 3” taller when you get where you’re going
