Ribs and Chicken
Doing a little garage cleaning and decided to get the smoker working as well. Tossing up between moving forward with a pellet or offsetter in the near future though so I can ditch this box smoker of mine. Retirement may come sooner than expected and I get plenty of enjoyment cooking with the grill.

That looks very good. Love those veggies with potatoes, asparagus, bacon and cheese. Are there onions in there too?
What do you season them with?

Re: Ribs and Chicken
Correct there were onions as well.
We had a seasoning of rosemary, thyme and marjoram that I grinded over the top. Drizzled with parmasean and olive oil worked out real well.
