After seeing Piney's awesome wing pics and Ric telling me that you don't need an excuse to fire up the Charcoal, I defrosted and charcoal grilled 7 wing pieces for Lunch today. They were soaked in Allegro Nashville Hot Chicken, dusted well with Suckle Busters Hootchie Mama and then lathered generously with Suckle Busters Chipotle Sauce. It had been a while since I had reordered any Chipotle Sauce because of the large jugs of Original and Hot and Spicy I still had from my Son's Rehearsal Dinner but I won't let myself run out again. For you non-Suthern viewers, the green thangs are pickled Okra.
Fanger Food or not, it's Lunch and DONE

OUP, You've inspired me more than a few times......happy to return the inspiration.
I'll take a plate of those with a quickness.

Thanks, Gents, Joe, the wing is actually my favorite part of the Chicken. Even when I grill/smoke a whole bird, I eat the wings first thing and same with a Turkey. There are lots of Wing Eateries in this part of the Country also but I'm not much on dipping sauce so I try to find a place that has what we call "dry wings".
