Chilli Cheese Ribs

Postby daBertl » Sun Oct 21, 2018 8:36 am

Yesterday we had some Ribs with a Chilli Cheese Sauce. It is a welcome variety of the "normal" BBQ Taste.

That’s a tasty looking curveball you’re throwing there.

Reminds me of the beef rib drenched in queso they serve at the Stiles Switch in Austin. The Notorious RIB

Yo Bert, I'm an ( out of the box ) type of guy when it comes to cooking so I definitely appreciate this approach with these ribs.
True, its not the " normal " way that were used to seeing ribs cooked over this side of the globe, but in my humble opinion that's one of the great things about this forum. I'd Love to try something like this so Thanks for sharing this.

Wow, that cheese sauce and chili looks awesome. I know, I know, there are " beans " in ur chili but me personally, I don't mind that.
I grew up in the Northeast and that was a common practice so I say if it tastes good and you enjoy cooking it then it's a win win :)
