Some say Country Style Ribs, some Farmers Cut Ribs, some Jack Ribs and some call them what they are, Chops. I have cooked and eaten all of them and the wrapper today said Country Style. They weren't bone-in but they were tender, flavorful and juicy, even at 205 I.T. I used the BBQ Pit Boys Recipe with them swimming in Suckle Busters Original BBQ Sauce in a covered pan with some own-yawn and then gave them the smoke, sear and glaze at the finish.

Re: Call'em What You Wish
thanks, Y"all, and Rambo they were the thickest cut that I've ever seen. At least twice the thickness that I normal see and that's why I decided to do the Pit Boys Recipe on these.
