The main Meal at the Oktoberfest ist half chickens. According to that i made 2 half chickens sticking together :scratch: :laughing7:
As a Side we had some bavarian Potatoe Salad without any mayo or other cruel things.

Yes, my Potatoe Salads are made with only S&P, Oil and Vinaiger and egg yolk.

I prefer my eggs cooked however I guess there no difference in that or the 5 raw eggs that go into our home made ice cream. It's all very beautiful El Berto mia Amigo
