Faux Food

Postby Sailor Kenshin » Fri Sep 14, 2018 3:30 pm

As in Faux Rippers...not fried but scorched on the grill, and Germanesque Tater Salad (smoked bacon, onyawn, lil' celery, sugar, vinegar AND mayo).

Ripper, Before Dressing. Which was mustard, kraut and chez (for PB).

Double dose of tater via some chips.. What can I say?

They're also a full 1/4 lb each and saltilicious. :D

They're quite a good replacement for the Allen Bros Steak Dogs we used to get.

Gotta love the dawgs!! I'd really love to make my own. Need to find some smaller casings though. Natural casings available to me are 32-35mm and all the smaller ones are collagen. :(
