Watching paint dry...

Postby Sailor Kenshin » Sat Sep 08, 2018 5:57 pm

....While eating Bubba Burgers, and watching Bubba Watson (among others!) play golf in PA.

The rainy weather is a big factor. We got rain here, too, but then, we're only grilling Bubbas, not playing in a big tournament.

Double American chez, mayo, ketchup, onyawn, pickle. Chips. Simple.

Bubbas were gooood. :laughing7:

And as for the weather here, yeah, it's not a nice day in the Poconos either.

Ugh, so much for cookin outside, looks like Manwhich night indoors.

I'm not sure. They weren't in the tournament we were watching (the BMW). However, Tiger Woods wasn't doing too bad.

BBQ. What else? ;)

Thanks, everyone. Yeah, we do fries sometimes, but had the open bag-o-chips this time.

Food looks good, Sailor. :D

East coast golf always reminds me of when the PGA comes to Atlanta. You'd NEVER know it from the footage, but the East Lake course is in one of the worst neighborhoods in East Atlanta. Drove through the area a few times when I lived in Atlanta.

They just called off play for Sunday. That's a first, as far as I've seen. The BMW Tournament course looks like a lake resort.

Will they play tomorrow? Already have a Monday NASCAR double header. Mix in golf and I could make this a completely lazy Monday :)

They said play will resume tomorrow. Mother Nature may have other ideas.
