Just a simple burger.

Postby Joernolav » Sun Aug 19, 2018 12:30 pm

After attending a wedding yesterday with lots of wine and a fancy menu I wanted something easy and tasteful today. Nothing beats a simple burger from the grill. Some red onions boiled with butter, sugar, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. And of course fries.ImageImageImageImage

Give it here !

:) good looking burgers for sure and as a side note I'm not big on the fancy dinners either. I can't count the weddings we've went to that after the reception we hit the White Castle drive thru lol.

Thanks. Burgers are among my favorites. Preferably with bacon, blue cheese and an onion ring on the top. This one was on the leaner side. The dressing was made of fat reduced mayo and quark.

No, it's not like those cheeses. It tastes very little maybe more like unflavored Philadelphia cheese? Like a middle thing between creme fraiche/ sour cream and yoghurt, if that makes sense. We use it as a healthier substitute for creme fraiche in cold dishes like dressings.
