Never had the cheese on top of the bacon but looks like a winner to me. Have to try out your method. Thanks for sharing brutha!

thank you, Sir, I got the iddie from a Cafe we ate at, googled the recipe and then LUCKED OUT :tup:
BTW, as I'm sure you know, the cheese could be nuked after Pit time, if one didn't want to chance gettin a cheesy grill. :dont:
