Due to some minor kitchen problems, we opted for a simple lunch: Bubba Burgers on onyun rolls, grilled on the small gas rig. The stuff below the burger is the grilled cheese I could salvage, that melted off the burgers. Notice the "fine china" this is served on:

Definitely a decent looking burger.
Bacon makes everything better though.

Re: Something On an Onyun Roll
I pulled out Bubba Burgers years ago and someone says... Hmm, that's an odd shaped looking burger, what brand is it ?
I told them they are Bubba Burgers and I got a strange look from them.
I said, don't knock em till u try em, they are really good.
To thier surprise, they really liked them. I will Never turn down a Bubba Burger, especially the Onion ones :)
And that roll you picked looks perfect, that exactly how I like to do them.
Now, let's talk about that Mayo. I've never been a fan of Mayo on my burgers til recently. Since we're neighbors, you probably see the usual suspects of Kraft and Hellman's ??
I have family in Delaware and they keep telling me about the ( Dukes ) brand. I've looked ALL over up here and couldn't find anything but the Kraft and Hellman's so I asked them to bring me 2 jars next trip up and I must say, I'll never buy Hellman's again as long as I have some Dukes on hand.
Curious, have you ever had it ?

Yes, we found a small size Duke's from a dollar store. It was different....not a fan of Kraft, I'd take store brand over that. Hellman's seems okay. I may look into Boar's Head.
