Yesterday we wanted to eat some duck. Because it is too easy to grill a duck breast, I made some Burgers again.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And because it was unfortunately not enough , we also eat a with Soy Sauce, Honey and and and pre marinated, deboned chicken leg wirh the leftovers of the Burger Ingredients.
But no Burger Buns left

Pretty good looking burger indeed. There's one restaurant (ie high end burger joint trying to masquerade as a honky tonk) out here that has duck burgers on their menu. Haven't tried it yet, but the couple other burgers I've had there are good.

Those burgers are making me want to head over there and give one a try.

Amazing, as always! I love red cabbage slaw.

Nono, thx a lot, but I´m not more than a light Amateur. I only try to prepare good food for my family and the most time it luckily works.
I also post it if it does not work, because I try to learn of that.

A lot of our visitors and friends say, that I should open a Restaurant, but I think if I had to do all that stuff every day, the fun would be gone.
So it´s better for me doing my root treatments every day and cook a little bit in evening for my recreation.

I'm not a big duck fan, but I would certainly dive into one of these burgers. They look amazing.

I know people that have made duck sausage but never duck burger's, those look great.
