Jersey Goodies for my belly
So I spent yesterday in Pee aye, Joizey ,Noo yawk and Connect I cut !! Retreiving Mom's car.
Today was a nice surprise from my bro when we left Joizey to come home...
Lump was definitely required for these beauties.
Chicken Breasts chunked up, Smoked Bacon, Water Chestnuts and Onions and Chives Cream Cheese on some Sweet Baby Bells !
Hit a 1/3 rd of them with Slap Ya Mama, a 1/3 rd of Sb Brisket Rub ( it's not just for Brisket, TRUST ME ) and the last 1/3 rd with Montreal Chicken Seasoning.
On the lump for maybe 20 minutes at 400 and grabbed an ice cold Yuengling ...
Now it's time to finish up 4 ring orders :):)

I could hurt myself on those.
Bet that Yuengling Golden is good too…I’ve been trying to fight my way through a case of Yuengling light because my inlaws didn’t pay attention to the labels when they stopped on the way back from Florida…grrr

Re: RE: Re: Jersey Goodies for my belly
Oh man they we're good and the Cold Brews hit the spot !
I know alot of people don't use Water Chestnuts on these but my bro is definitely on to something.
Next time you make these with Cream Cheese, try adding 2 Water Chestnuts in each, they are amazing.
As for the beer, we had my little guys 2nd Birthday Party a few weeks back and had about 50 people here.
ALOT of people brought Beer !
I've now got roughly 120 bottles of Beer, Wine Coolers, Hard Iced Tea, Coronas, Jack Daniels Coolers and Not Your Father's Mountain Dew to work on....lol.

Just set me a chair up next to the Pit and a pair of tongs to sample with - - - THAT definitely needs some Quality Control which is done best by taste testing

Water chestnuts = genius!
Nice to see your pics again, WV. Our friends leave a few bottles of beer, too. Right now we're struggling to get through Corona Light.
I wouldn't know what to do with THAT much likker.
