Found some good looking okra at the farmers market so we decided to toss it on the kettle with some chicken for dinner. Okra seasoned with Sucklebusters Lemon Pepper Garlic and the chicken was hit with Meat Church Holy Gospel. Enjoyed sipping on a nice bourbon my aunt gave me while I was cooking.

Never had it grilled either. Looks good though; nice grill marks but clearly not cooked to death. Chicken looks even better, but then again I'm a carnivore, LOL.

I've never tried grilling okra, either.
Looks like time well spent with the cooker, bsooner. Looks great!

Great Plate, Mate - - - I've only grilled Okra once and failed miserably but maybe I'll give it another try.

Looks great and makes me hungry for Okra.
I know that Stuff from my time in Greece. I stayed there for about half a year after my Abitur. But I know it only cooked.
So thx for the inspiration, I´ll try to copy:tup:

Re: Keeping it simple for dinner on the kettle
Thank you everybody. The okra is super simple. A little drizzle of olive oil, toss in whatever seasoning and toss on the grill. Get a little char and soften it up some and it’s ready to eat. I’ve brushed it with butter before too which came out well also.
